A question I’m often asked – “What happens when I un-friend someone on Facebook”? Do they get an alert? Are they notified that I’m no longer following them?
In a word – no. Nothing happens, you simply disappear from their friend list. They’ll no longer see your posts, and you’ll no longer see theirs.
To Unfriend someone, simply click on their profile, then the “Friends” button in the heading picture:
