The BBC have an interesting video of an Interview with Peter Molyneux of Lionhead Studios. Peter shows how Kinect is being used along with artificial intelligence to provide an amazingly realistic interaction with a virtual human called Milo.

I expected this to happen. While the hard core gamers can see Sony’s advances in motion control, many people will look at the Kinect as another Wii copy cat and a weak one at that.
