Looks like many people have seen this error – and there are also plenty of solutions suggested – here’s a good site for them:
However, it turned out for me that running the Seagate diagnostic tool – it found and fixed errors on the HDD. The PC rebooted and was as good as new again!

Base on my experience, the number 1 cause of this problem is your RAM. So, i guess you have to replace your RAM or thy cleaning it using eraser.
