This is an odd problem, with an odd temporary fix!
First – the problem: In Microsoft Word, when you try to print a range of pages, say “3-4”, the option changes to Custom Print, and all look ok, but nothing comes out?
It appears to be affecting a number of people and Microsoft are aware of the problem and working on a fix.
In the meantime, there’s an unusual fix. Go into Options -> Display, and under “Printing Options” tick the box – “Update Fields Before Printing”. No idea why but it fixes the problem!
