Are you getting “Setup failed to initialize the working directory” when trying to run Windows 10 setup from a USB stick? Chances are you need to run scan and repair on the USB stick when plugging it in. The windows 10 installation on the stick may also be corrupt, so I’d suggest recreating it again:
